I wrote copy for the organization’s newsletter on a project basis, covering topics such as the organization's rebrand (QCC Rebrand: The QCC’s rebrand process and how members are responding just over three months in, February 2023) and profiling member organizations (Travel and COVID, July 2021 and Times Change Women's Employment Centre: Continuing Client Support When Hit by a Pandemic, June 2021). My work highlighted the contributions of various public service groups and helped communicate the organization’s evolving identity to its audience.
