I presented on social media and communications at two events hosted by the Canadian Municipal Network on Crime Prevention. The first, a webinar titled The Role of New Media in Crime Prevention and Community Safety (March 16, 2022), explored how online platforms can support community engagement and safety initiatives. Later that year, I led a Social Media Coaching Session (November 9, 2022), providing practical tools and strategies for municipalities and community safety organizations to strengthen their digital presence.
