I had an amazing time working with Hillary as an active bystander facilitator at york university. In a short time that I worked with Hillary, I often looked up to her as a mentor and she really played a big part in helping me grow as a human. Hillary’s enthusiasm and passion to end sexual violence helped me stay motivated to memorize our presentaion and improve my public speaking skills. Through working with Hillary, she has shared with me a lot of knowledge from her education and I can confidently say she is an expert in her field of work.
I have had the pleasure of working with Hillary over the summer to help train over 1200+ orientation leaders at York University. Hillary is a dedicated and passionate leader who is non judgemental and committed to ensuring those she teaches are learning. She is compassionate and has acted as a mentor for so many of her younger peers to help develop them to be better versions of themselves. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to have worked with someone like this.
