At Ontario Coalition of Rape Crisis Centres (OCRCC), I drove digital strategy and technical support across 30+ member centres. I created all social media content for both OCRCC and its Draw the Line campaign, developing unique voices for each to engage distinct audiences. I organized Draw the Line Day for public educators, increasing participation by 114% through targeted digital campaigns.
I managed over 300 Zoom accounts, administered Google Groups, and provided ongoing tech support for member centres. I contributed copy and design input for the redesign of sexualassaultsupport.ca and draw-the-line.ca, and helped provide input on the design of the OCRCC Sexual Violence Prevention Month flag, improving resource accessibility and awareness. I developed social media strategies that grew OCRCC’s reach by 400% and created the Social Media Visioning Document to support member centres in expanding outreach.
