Community Building

At the OCRCC, I led community-building and collaborative initiatives across Ontario’s sexual assault sector. I facilitated Draw the Line partner meetings, member centre public educator meetings, and the Addressing Sports Culture and Sexual Violence committee, fostering cross-sector collaboration and driving collective action on sexual violence prevention. I managed budgets, work plans, and program evaluations, ensuring funder compliance and transparent reporting. I also cultivated strategic partnerships with organizations such as Smart Serve’s DrinkSmart campaign, securing a $10,000 donation that strengthened the Coalition’s capacity and expanded sexual violence prevention efforts province-wide. When wrapping up my time with the OCRCC I mentored and onboarded the Coalition's new Digital Communications and Public Education Coordinator.
