Northeast Popular/American Culture Association (NEPCA) Fall 2016
I was invited to present at the NEPCA conference after organizers read my blog about The VVitch for This Magazine. My talk explored witchcraft in popular culture, focusing on how these stories reflect and give voice to communities marginalized by systems of power and control. The presentation blended research, cultural commentary, and personal observation, engaging attendees in a discussion about storytelling, representation, and the intersections of media and social justice.
